I made the mistake of placing it in the dishwasher after the first use and now find that I have to use spray release. Made my first batch of baguettes yesterday using the basic French Bread technique from Peter Reinherdt's Artisan Breads Every Day. Made 3 perfect baguettes - absolutely delicious. I dropped a floured cloth over the pan and let the baguettes rise right in the pan, then transfered the loaves directly to the pan before baking. Set the pan on a baking stone which had preheated for about an hour. The end result was three perfect baguettes - no sticking at all on the pan, perfectly crisp crust all the way around the baguette. Flavour was great.
