I use these to make meat stuffed buns. They are a perfect portion sized meal and by purchasing the Hodgson Mill bread mix also offered by Amazon, I have really saved money on hot lunch treats for my husband. I also used these to make individual pumpkin pies at Christmas. They turned out perfect. The pan has a nice weight and is durable. The nonstick coating seems to work very well. I had another one of these pans by a different maker and the coating gave out by the third time I used it. This one has been in use much longer now, looks good as new and functions like new too. 25 of 28 people found the following review helpful By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Wilton 6-Cup Jumbo Muffin Pan (Kitchen) this pan i tacked onto an order, i figured i could make jumbo muffins lava cakes and rolls and once Amazon delivered it set in the cupboard waiting for me. today i made lava cakes and WOW. the recipe said to invert the pan right after taking out of the oven under a board or in my case larger lidded storage pan so i did. five of the cakes immediately fell perfectly formed and baked, not torn no parts of it sticking just like bakery quality right away. when i checked the sixth one was still there holding onto the sides and i just tapped it's bottom first and it right away followed in descent to join the others again is perfect shape. i couldnt BELIEVE it! before i threw it, i had a 12 regular muffin tin that would constantly stick so bad it would ruin anything i would try to make i had to use liners and THEN the thing STILL would stick on the tops and overcook the bottoms no matter how i tried to wtch them This was with little shortening on the paper towel trick over the cups per the...
